Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently, we only ship to all states within the USA and do not offer international shipping.

Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

No, we only deliver to physical street addresses and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Why is my tracking status not updating?

There are several reasons why your tracking status may not be updated, but rest assured, your package is still in transit to you. The tracking information may simply be updating more slowly than the actual progress of the shipment.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only ship orders to one address at a time. If you want to ship items to different places, you'll need to make separate orders for each address.

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders typically arrive within 6 - 13 business days from the date of order, depending on any unforeseen circumstances. You can check the estimated shipping and delivery date on the Order Tracking page.

I didn't receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

An order confirmation email is sent to you immediately after your payment is successfully processed. If you haven't received your order confirmation from us please take these steps:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions/Ads folder or other email account you might have used.
- If you still haven't received the order confirmation email after 1 hour of placing your order, please contact us directly at [email protected].

What should I do if one of my packages hasn’t arrived?

If one of your packages is delayed, please check the tracking information provided for that package. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team at [email protected].

I never received my package, what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow a few extra days for possible shipping delays.

If it's been over 30 days since your order date and tracking is available, you can request a refund or reshipment. If it's been less than 30 days, please allow more time for delivery. Still haven't received your package? Contact us at [email protected] - we're happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled. However, you can only cancel your order on the same day if you do so within 5 hours of placing it. If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

Can I return or refund my order?

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery if the product is defective or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, no additional fees will apply.

I haven’t received any packages from my order. What can I do?

If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, first please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere. If this still does not help, please contact the shipping company mentioned in your shipping status email notification. If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact the support team at [email protected].

What payment methods and currency do you accept?

Our payment methods include:
