Return & Refund Policy

This policy provides detailed guidance on Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellation/Modification Procedures, ensuring a transparent and optimal shopping experience at Kirezo.

I. Applicable Period & Product Condition

1. Applicable Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a Return and Refund request.

2. Mandatory Product Conditions

The product must be returned to Kirezo for inspection and processing, and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must not be used or washed.
  • The product must retain all original attached tags/labels (if applicable).
  • The product must not be damaged due to customer actions and must not have undergone any intervention that altered its original state.

II. Accepted Returns & Resolutions

We accept Returns for all cases below and provide free return shipping to the customer.

1. Return Shipping Cost

Kirezo bears the entire return shipping cost (free returns) for all approved Return Requests. However, free return shipping does not mean the original shipping fee will be refunded in all cases.

2. Accepted Return Cases

Accepted cases include:

  • Product defects due to manufacturing (e.g., faded/discolored, faulty stitching).
  • Product damaged during shipping.
  • Wrong product sent compared to the order (wrong design, wrong quantity).
  • Product does not match the website description.
  • Customer no longer needs the product or dislikes the ordered design.

Resolution Options:

  • Full refund of the order (including the original shipping fee) or
  • Send a free replacement item (including shipping fee for the replacement). 

Replacement items are only applicable when the issue is caused by Kirezo (manufacturing defect, shipping damage, wrong item sent).

Returns due to "no longer needing or disliking the product" are not eligible for replacement. Only refunds apply.

Clarification on Customer Preference Returns

For returns based on "no longer needing or disliking the product", we will refund only the product value. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Refund Processing Time

Money will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund processing time is approximately 1–2 business days. Actual receipt time depends on the customer's bank/payment provider (up to 10 business days).

3. Detailed Return Procedure

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
  • Order ID
  • Detailed description of the issue or reason for Return
  • Product photo/video (mandatory) to verify the product condition.

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

We will respond via email. If the request is accepted, we will include a Prepaid Shipping Label and instructions for packaging/return address.

Step 3: Process Resolution

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the Mandatory Conditions (Section I.2), we will proceed with the Refund or Replacement according to the chosen option.

III. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy (Error Prevention Solution)

To help customers make the best purchasing decision before the order is processed, we support:

  • Customers are allowed to cancel the order or modify order information (Design, quantity, shipping address) within 8 hours from the time of placing the order.
  • Please send an email immediately to [email protected] to request changes. After the 8-hour timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification because the order may have been processed and shipped.

IV. Rejected Return Cases

We must reject Return/Refund requests if any of the conditions below apply:

  • The request is submitted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The product has been used, washed, or altered from its original condition.
  • The returned product does not have the original tags/labels.
  • The product is damaged due to incorrect use or storage by the customer.
  • The order could not be delivered due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer. If the order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we will only refund the product value after deducting the original shipping costs.
