a. Product Information

Please note that colors and sizes may vary due to monitor settings.

b. Pricing

The prices listed on our website do not include any applicable taxes. Shipping fees will be added on the checkout page and clearly displayed before you complete your order. The determination and payment of applicable taxes for your order are your responsibility, based on the tax regulations of the state or region where you reside. Kirezo may change prices without prior notice. Orders placed and confirmed before any price changes will still be honored at the original price.

c. Product Availability

We strive to display accurate and current stock availability. However, there may be instances where a product goes out of stock after an order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you to inquire if you would like to substitute the item with another product or receive a full refund for the order value.

d. Order Confirmation

An order is considered accepted only when the product has been dispatched. Your receipt of an email confirmation merely confirms that we have received your request and does not signify full acceptance of your order. In the event your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund for the order value you have paid.

e. Payment

We accept payments via PayPal or Credit/Debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) through the PayPal payment gateway. Currently, we only accept payments in United States Dollars (USD). For more details, please refer to our Billing Terms & Conditions.

f. Shipping

Kirezo currently ships to all states in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, etc.

We use a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.

Delivery time is calculated as Shipping time plus Processing time, typically ranging from 6 to 13 business days (5 - 10 business days for shipping and 1 - 3 business days for processing). Please note that this is an estimated time and may vary depending on factors such as order placement, weather conditions, or shipping carrier errors.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses. Learn more in our Shipping Policy.

g. Return & Refund

We support customer returns/refunds within 30 days from the date of receipt if the order has an error attributable to us. See more accepted and non-accepted return/refund cases in our Return & Refund Policy.

While we generally do not require you to return defective items, for the purpose of verifying the defect when you request a return/refund via email, the product must be intact, unused, and unwashed to be eligible for a return/refund.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation or mediation within a reasonable time, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Chicago, Illinois. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties.
